Great staff booked a year ago and was put on the back of the hotel ,no entertainment for English guests never saw a jet 2 rep to ask about the tests all holiday ,its very geared up to the Spanish guests ,food lots of young Spanish lads doing what they want while the pool guards just sit there doing nothing while elderly guests are just left out with all the noise ,Pedro at the bar and the rest of the bar staff are great ,just disappointed how they treat the English.

My family and I had the best holidays at this hotel during 23 nights. The facilities are great and very clean at all times. The staff is very friendly and approachable, we own a very big thank to our room cleaner Vanesa she was always there for us, also to Nicolo one of the restaurants waiter always with great actitud. We will also like the thanks Santiago the hotel manager he was also very approachable and willing to make contact with the guess. The entertainment staff was also great fun, in addition to all the above we loved the amazing buffet facilities with plenty of variety and amazing dishes full of different types of cousine. We are definitely coming back next year, the rooms have great views specially at the premium building, I highly recommend them.

Fantastic hotel , great location as just on the beach front , its less than a 5min walk to beach with access from the hotel to nearby beach , there are great bars/restaurants nearby , such a great buzz around the place. The food in the hotel is lovely, there is an excellent selection to choose from at meal times. The hotel has great facilities such as a pool bar, pool area shop etc , great atmosphere around hotel , very family friendly with activities throughout day and at night i.e live music, bingo , disco , magic show. The hotel rooms are very spacious with a lovely balcony (amazing pool and sea view if on 4th floor_ its worth the upgrade!), rooms have air-conditioning, fridge , big size beds, a safe and great water pressure in showers. House keeping all day so you can enjoy your lie in if you like. Also we asked for a late check out as we had a late flight home * its 10 euro a hour but worth it as we had a extra day on holidays as we chilled by the pool before going to the airport. I really would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a relaxing sun holiday / family vacation!!

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food is amazing...a bit too amazing according to my waistline! The facilities are very good, including the excellent swimming pools. The entertainment is good. Loads of supermarkets nearby, including a Lidl about 1 km away. The beautiful beach is 400 metres away. Fantastic Paloma Park about 1 mile away where you can feed the turtles. I wouldn't hesitate in returning again to this hotel.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff and perfect location to everything! Room was cleaned every day. We had a room overlooking the sea which was great. We went there for our anniversary and the staff came us and surprised us with fruits and drinks. Thank you for making it special for us. Also, a BIG THANK YOU to the electrician who gave us his euro plug for our phone as the one I got wasn't working. And also a big thank you to Jack, I think he's the manager in the catering department who got the chef to make us a vegetarian pizza for us as we couldn't have most of the food from their buffet. Thank you to the chef who came out of the kitchen to help us and explain to us which food is halal for us and which isn't. Fantastic service thank you guys at Best hotels Sirocco you have made our stay special.
