Only visited friends staying here, really enjoyed the pool area with their family, everyone seemed to be enjoying their stay and said the food was delicious 😋 In reply to your response we didn't use any of your facilities while we were here, we only came to say hello to a friend and her family who were staying at your hotel. I own an apartment in Benalmadena Costa. Thank you 😊

Just spent a very pleasant week here, although I'm pleased not to be here for all of half term week as it's much busier than last week! Clean, comfortable rooms, although shower could've been better. Plenty of choice at meal times and a cook to order snack bar with a more limited choice open 12-7. Good choice of Al drinks, and plenty of bar staff which isn't always the case. Friendly and hard working staff, good location and the pools are excellent for kids with plenty of observant lifeguards. I would come again but not in the 6 weeks school holiday as imagine it would be too busy!

This place was fantastic. The food was incredible. Not only was there the buffets with huge varieties, but a snack bar. This worked amazingly for picky eaters. The hotel is situated across from the beach. There are pools for everyone. From the dedicated swimmer to the paddler. The staff are nothing like I've experienced. Funny, helpful, kind. I couldn't be that patient with our family but there was no eye rolls or tuts. The evenings entertainment ranged from flamenco dancers to bingo. The views were incredible. Mountains and the sea as one. Honestly, this place was fantastic. Couldn't recommend it enough.

This hotel is brilliant for young families and the pool activities for children is as good as some water parks. The rooms are pleasant and very clean with towel change daily. The hotel food some days excellent some days good but always pizza and chips so the kids are happy. The staff are very good, helpful and patient. Over all average enjoyable stay would definitely go again.

Absolutely amazing place. I spent a week at the hotel with my family. The pool area is amazing and everything works great. The hotel is very clean and everything in the restaurant worked incredibly efficiently. The staff is very friendly and the location near the beach is great. In the dining area, the sound gets a little too high, but because of that, I wouldn't miss coming again.

Great hotel and in a great location. We stayed here during the recent May half term (UK). Rooms although basic are very clean, with daily maid service, and to be fair who goes on holiday to stay in the room apart from sleeping! One negative was lack of space for clothes, family of four we did struggle and I've seen it has been raised in other comments. All staff was welcoming, polite and very helpful. Sometimes felt half board guests was served quicker at the bar on occasion. Although food was repetitive, which in my experience is normal in a hotel abroad, there was still a great choice and nice, also lots of resturants nearby to enjoy to break it up. During second part of holiday it became busy and queues did form quickly, however staff did everything to lessen them. Entertaining staff had a great understanding of my daughter's autism and included her well. Pool area is nice and like all holidays abroad people do queue to get in first, we never found it hard to get a seat/bed. Slides were amazing for the children and kept them busy, it is situated in a bit of a wind tunnel but out of 10 full days only 2 was very windy.
