Great hotel. Good location near the beach. A little bit of a hill but nothing too bad. Free shuttle service is provided towards the town. Suites are large and comfortable with kitchenette, sofa and large bathroom. Many towels provided. Room was spotless. Only complaint is the bed we had was terrible. Bad mattress and horrible pillows. Resort has many activities for kids during the day and evening. They have evening entertainment at the bar as well as pool tables, an arcade room, mini golf and several other things to keep you busy. Pools are great. Indoor pool/spa was fantastic especially on these chillier days. Outdoor pool looks great too with many sunbeds. However it is not heated so too cold in winter and early spring. Staff was all very friendly and attentive. Food was great considering the price we paid. Large buffet with many options. Not the highest quality but no complaints. Drinks are not included with dinner but prices are very reasonable.

We stayed here for 8 nights and found the hotel really good. We stayed in peak season time, however the pool area never seemed too packed and our group of 5 were in the most part able to get loungers together no matter what time it was. I think this is because they don't allow people to save loungers which I think is an excellent idea. Pool entertainment was excellent everyday also. They have pool basketball, volleyball, Zumba. Only lasted a couple of hours but really livened up the day. We hadn't paid for breakfast initially but went down the first morning. There was a huge selection of food. Hot food, cold food, pastries, breads, fruit. It was really good. We paid for the rest of the holiday and went every morning. Its very reasonably priced. Kids eat for free also. There is a free shuttle bus from the hotel that goes down towards the marina which came in very handy. I don't really have much negative to say about the hotel. Its very close to the beach. The only thing people should be aware of is the hotel is located at the top of quite a steep hill which could be difficult for older people. Would definitely recommend Palace Hotel especially to families.

A really nice hotel to stay. The staff were really helpful and made the stay enjoyable. There were always plenty of loungers around the pool and never a wait for a table in the restaurant. We were visiting early in the season so this might have helped. The room was very comfortable and better equipped than expected. If ever in this area again, we would definitely stay here.

Fantastic, clean, good choice of food, polite and helpful staff. 2 minor points. Outside pool could do with being heated and the pack lunch when you leave early and miss breakfast isn't great considering the price and standard of breakfast. I would certainly return. It was a really great stay!

Enjoyed stay here. Was very clean, had lots of onsite facilities such as a shop for essentials, bars, cafe/food hall, spa, games room, outdoor and indoor pools. It us situated up a hill but it's not too far a walk up and down but be aware it is a steep one so if suffer sore legs just get taxis. The front desk will phone you one 😉. Highly recommended

Wonderful hotel! It is absolutely worth the money to stay here. Large, lots of activities for kids, nice swimming pool and entertainment. Food is ok for such price, though breakfast is quite the same for all 7 days we stayed there. Buffer dinner is nice, but too little options for vegetables. Piano is a big plus! We would definitely come back in the future.

Brilliant hotel! I went with my 17 and 9 year old sons and there was loads for them both to do. Staff were fantastic! Friendly, approachable and helpful. Special shout out to Ian and Jose for organising the day and night entertainment. Also Carmen and another woman in the restaurant who went out of their way every day to make sure my youngest had enough to eat as he has numerous food allergies. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds changed and bins emptied every day. Only fault was the shower attachment which wouldn't hold the shower head ... didn't spoil the holiday though! Although the hotel was at the top of a steep hill you can enter/exit through the garage which cuts the hill in half ... just take your time on way up and you'll be fine. Close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.
