What a great hotel, the 3 stars it has should be a 4, the staff are excellent ,friendly and will got the extra mile for you. The room was great, very roomy for four of us with plenty of storage, the bathroom was good, we had a nice view from the balcony, the housekeeping were great. The food was brilliant, the choices were varied, you could find anything even for fussy eaters. The entertainment was good and the bar was also brilliant, hardly a queue which is normal at an all inclusive, but didn't happen here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, thanks for a great holiday, we will definitely be back, we have booked for next year, but we have booked the Balmoral Medplaya. Thanks again to all the staff and management.

just came back, can not fault this hotel, room over looking the sea, fridge in room,hairdryer, WIFI excellent can get it everywhere in hotel, fantastic food choices, everything is marked for any allergies etc, snacks all day, entertainment every night,clean hotel, not good if trouble walking as is on a hill but nothing bad to say regarding hotel

hotel is overall very nice alot to do and great for kids although it sits on top of a steep hill and most restaurants and pubs are downhill so you have to hike back up the steep hill but overall very good place staff always friendly and everything well accounted for.

Looked at previous reviews and we were worried, but can I say we had a fantastic holiday. Food was fantastic, as I am a " eat with my eyes," person, loved the food. Staff excellent and very accommodating. Rooms spotless, I would know as I am a manager of Domestic Services with the NHS. Booked with easyJet and as usual was not disappointed. Only negative was the hill approaching the hotel, but that would not put us off revisiting this hotel. A big thank you to all staff and management for a lovely holiday.
